Hospitality industry is focused on customer satisfaction rather
than profit maximisation.

greatest innovation in this industry which worked out as a fuel is
low budget airlines which influences desires of each lower income
individual to travel.

Hotel utilizes advance technology like Fingerprint scan room
entry, infra-red body scanners, offering virtual visit and
programmed room temperature and so on to a great extent affect
the customer decision. In modern era, guests prefer such hotels
which provides all facilities that make them distinct from their
rivals.

CONCLUSION
Hospitality is a growing industry which is impacted from
various influencers such as technological and social. In this
presented it has been concluded that this industry can build a
clear image by efficient management and by taking advantage
of globalisation.
