INTRODUCTION
The contemporary hospitality industry in today's Era has become the major revenue
generator for the growth of economies of developing countries. In today's competitive
environment the hospitality industry is exploring wide range of attributes in respect of service
delivery in different sectors of hospitality (Hossain and et. al., 2020). The hospitality industry is
flourishing in today's competitive time and playing major role in economic contribution of the
country. Hospitality industry clothes different sectors such as lodging and accommodation,
tourism and travelling, hotels, restaurants, event planning food and service, management etc. The
present report is this study on "Premier Inn" 5 star organisation of the UK's hospitality industry.
Premier Inn is the largest British Hotel chain that operates hotels in multiple countries. The hotel
was established by Whitbread in the name of Travel Inn in 1987 and then in 2004 was merged
with Premier Lodge named as Premier Inn. The report when outline the current structure size and
scope of Premier Inn and hospitality industry. Further the report will explore various anticipatory
skills required in the hospitality industry. The report also presents internal and external factors
that can impact the hospitality industry by deleting it with the current issues faced by hospitality
industry. In the end report will throw some light on current potential trends and development
affecting the hospitality industry.

Different types of businesses in the hospitality industry and their diverse products and services
The hospitality industry is the wide industry that covers large network of sectors and
services to provide the consumers with personal service as per their interest, income and time.
This industry considered as most fun and fascinating industry to work in (Marneros,
Papageorgiou and Efstathiades, 2020). This industry looks after the basic wants of the consumers
in terms of food, beverage and accommodation. The different types of businesses in hospitality
industry are:

Event planning: in the hospitality industry the event management is the sector that is known for
the service of planning meetings, conferences, concerts etc. they are basically more office and
work oriented sector of the hospitality industry which is utilized by the business travellers for
their business purpose. The concerts are the fun area of this sector.
Entertainment industry: this sector of industry attract the buyer to relax and have fun by
experiencing the entertainment as it is essential part of travelling related to vacation and
holidays. The products and services this sector provides are the gaming, sports, marinas for the
beach parties and private yacht for dancing and enjoying, cruise, nightclubs and bars (Ntounis
and et. al., 2021).
Lodging and accommodating: this sector of the hospitality industry luxurious resorts, hotels,
bed and breakfast companies and much more that provide the accommodation means a place or a
room to stay to the travellers or the guests. The resorts provide the privacy to the guest and
