Tourism is travel for leisure, business, and recreational purpose. The tourist can be defined as
the individual who travels from one place to another along with the aim to recreate one as
well as services provided for such movement (Fang, Ye and Law, 2016). The tourism cover
under the industry of service in which there is a variety of tangible as well as intangible parts.
The tangible part covers the transport as well as hospitality services. Intangible services
include the rest, relaxation, escape adventure, as well as various other experiences (Boniface,
Cooper and Cooper, 2016). The industry of tourism is one of the rising industries in India. It
is considered as major foreign earnings for the nation of India. In India, Delhi is an ancient
culture cradle of the world that is considered an exotic tourist destination. It has enthralling
tourist destinations such as Red Fort, India Gate, Qutub Minar, Jama Masjid, Purana Quila,
and Raj Ghat and so on (Dixit, 2016). The foreign tourists long for a tryst with Delhi as well
as love to visit each and every corner of such vast sate in India. The tourism industry
contributed 6.23% to the national GDP as well as 8.78% of the total employment. However,
such industry is also facing the issue of shortage of labor. There are not enough rooms,
accommodation, as well as issue of cleanness that resist the tourist to visit Delhi (Ray, Das
and Kumar, 2017).

the period from the year 2007 to 2015. Delhi ranked at the first position in tourism industry
according to the survey, in which the eleven parameter that the researchers look after states
expenditure on tourism, number of tourists visits, GSPD per capital, movement of aircrafts,
number of branded hotels rooms, network of road and railway, marketing campaign, literacy,
ease of doing business as well as some other intangible aspects (Dwyer, 2018). Therefore,
Delhi being the capital of country and entry with the exit of major ports has several
advantages, especially in the terms of movement of aircraft and hotels rooms. It fares poorly
