Security and Terrorism:In the Costa Rica, they are providing different security services such as terrorism, health and safety security. Health and safety issues:Thomas Cook is the company who has providing travels and tourism services, so that there is also providing health and safety security during the travels and tour. Therefore, the operators of Thomas Cook is to ensuring for visitor's health and safety. There are different adventures such as rafting, fishing, scuba diving, biking and other sports which involves high risk of safety. These are the issues facing by the travelled industries. Travel Services Issues:The tourism sectors are providing better quality services for their travellers. On the destination, they are also ensuring that they are increasing the services level for the visitors. Thomas Cook needs are ensuring that providing better services to the tourists, such as ticket services and proper guidance related to tour services. The company operators are ensuring that all the services level is high, such as rafting, biking and other sports. If the security 1

They are available all the information in their websites, so that it is easy and simple for the customers for travels booking in just one click. If the proper management of all the services impact the organization performance. These strategies are helping in better performance and brand image. They are giving better communication training for the employees in the company. Because there are many travellers who has the different cultures and countries. They are assessing and developing the technology for better services to the customers. From these strategies are helping in achieving the goals and objectives of company.
