it comes to acquiring exceptional talent for a company, there are a variety of recruitment
tactics that may assist the organisation in hiring the greatest personnel during a pandemic.
Using a variety of sources, an organisation may recruit the top individuals. As a result, new
technology has altered how companies interact with and recruit job searchers. Due to the
pandemic, the company is conducting online boarding of employees rather than meeting face
to face, and there are various online strategies for talent acquisition, learning and
development, and change management. These strategies include the official website, job
boards, social media, and many others (Holland, 2019).
In addition, the corporation has used online marketing campaigns to target potential
individuals for various employment opportunities. In which social media plays an important

At all levels of management, leadership is critical, and top-down collaboration in the

separated into product kinds, which is one of the most successful organisational management
patterns since it involves the segmentation of the company's fundamental parts based on the
needs of particular products. A leader is defined as someone who utilises his position to
define solutions to diverse problems in order to influence others' attitudes and behaviours.

They're seeking for quick and smart solutions that can be generated from a set of approved
concepts. They have the potential to influence others to the point that their vision and aim for
something becomes the goal of others who work under their direction (Gregory, 2019).
According to the Great Man view of leadership, which is claimed to be the oldest, leadership
is an inborn attribute that differentiates them from the rest. These personality attributes
include intelligence, communication skills, social aptitude, and beauty, all of which are
present in a person from birth. Leaders build a vision of the goals and offer enticing rewards
for reaching them, motivating people to do even better in future positions. Managers, on the
other hand, ensure and monitor the company's stability by rapidly addressing disagreements
and concerns that might jeopardise the organization's position (Denning, 2020).
Make relevant recommendations on new initiatives that this organisation should adopt to
survive and thrive in the new normal.
In these challenging times, businesses all across the world have had to adapt to shifting

the new normal, such as-
Because countries throughout the world have instituted severe lockdowns to prevent
the spread of COVID-19, employees in numerous businesses have been forced to
work from home. This has altered how businesses work and increased their reliance
on technology.
Businesses in all industries have learnt from the pandemic that they must have
systems in place to deal with unanticipated life calamities, thus the chosen firm should
adapt its business strategy. As a result, in order to thrive, organisations must be
adaptive, inventive, and flexible.
Businesses in all industries have learnt from the pandemic that they must have
multiple systems in place to deal with unplanned crises, therefore the corporation
should grow its operations online as well. To survive, businesses must be adaptable
and imaginative. Because fewer people are able to leave their homes to spend money
on items and recreation, covid-19 has had an impact on consumer behaviour.
Consumers all across the world are going to the internet to shop.

The firm may also rebrand its image, since one of the most effective strategies to survive and
perform better in the market is to change the company's image. Rebranding allows businesses
