This paper discusses the strategies, initiatives, goals, and targets of Blacktown Council, Campbelltown City Council, and Canterbury Bankstown City Council. It compares the different approaches and objectives of these organizations to achieve success in the competitive market. The paper also provides recommendations for Blacktown Council to inform the society on a regular basis, promote atmospheric, financial and social management of work, treat and help the societies equally, and continuously look for new methods and technical developments for the improvement of the facilities of the Blacktown.
