Globalization is the concept which is used for describing the procedure through which the
world is transformed in the specific areas and locations. In other words, globalization is to likely
with an economic phenomenon rather than it is help in covering all the factors of modern time

Definition of migration
Migration refers as the movement by people from one place to another with some
purpose or intention of setting, permanently or temporarily in new areas. In this, the movement is
often long over long distance and from one nation to another but on the other hand, migration is
possible, indeed which is dominant from international level. It is the way to move from one
location to another in order to work and task. Along with this, movement of people from their
home to another city, state, nation for a job, shelter and some of the other main reason is also
known as migration (Taylor and Derudder, 2015). Most of the people are migrants from rural
areas to urban areas which has enhancing in previous years in United Kingdom. In current time
period, there are large of people who are deciding to migrate to have better life. Employment is
the main opportunity which is the main reason due to which most of the people are migrants
from one place to another. There are some direct factors which directly affects on business that
includes lack of opportunities, proper education, establishment of dams, globalization, natural
disaster, construction of dams and sometime crop failure enforced villages to migrate with cities.

In United Kingdom, there are large of people who move from one place to another in
searching and exploring the work or shelter which is called migrants. Most of the time, migrants
individual and their families are not qualified and skilled therefore they are usually employed as
daily wages in another country (Aubert, 2017). The regular wages does not get enough money
for their survival of their families and also suffer from various issues or problems such as they do
not enough food to consume, sanitation, hygiene and search proper place to live, etc.
Impacts of Migrants:
Now days, migrants are becoming very essential subject for the people who are live in
cities. Many of the attractions and opportunities of big states and cities pull large number of
people to large areas. Migration has directly impact on such places which has been left behind as
well as on the places and locations which are being migrated. In this, migration is increasing at
international level in the context of globalization. In this, theory of liberalism is suitable for
indentifying the expanding areas where business can expand so people does not move from their
origin country for searching jobs. In this theory, it can be observed that globalization is the
market which is considered as market led extension of modernization. The one of the most
beginning level is to analyzing and examining the economic welfare and political liberty. This
will help in making connection with human which maximize the material well being and to
practice common freedom in proper manner.
Positive impact of Migration:
Reduction in unemployment and people get better job opportunities – It is one the major
impact of migration in positive manner. This will assist in decreasing unemployment level where
no person will unemployed any more in United Kingdom and all the people have jobs. If an

positive impact of migration (Urry, 2015). This will also help in providing better and appropriate
