INTRODUCTION
Clean Harbors Inc. is a company which provides environmental, industrial as well as energy
services. It also includes disposal of wastes for a number of companies. It dealt with a of 500
fortune companies (Okumus, Altinay and Koseoglu, 2019). Its headquarters is situated in
Norwell, United States. It was founded in 1980. The company have a revenue of over 300 crores
every year.
Strategical analysis
Mission statement:
The mission of clean harbor is to increase their reach and provide safety which is the top
priority for company.
Vision statement:
Vision of company is to provide premier environmental, energy and industrial services.
Company operates in two of the following reporting segments which include environmental
services and safety clean which together made up of several businesses.

The major objective of clean harbor are mentioned below:

clean harbour has an interest structure for waste management facilities which cannot be managed
or copied by any of its competitors. Till today it serves 47,000 customers which includes more
than 325 companies included in 500 Fortune companies. Other than this they also have business
with a number of small private entities and federal, state as well as local governmental agencies.
All these are major customers for the company.

Major competitors of company are republic services which provides solid waste
collection, disposal, energy services etc (King and Schramme, 2019). which us also stationed at
US. Covanta another competition for the company which is a global corporation and provides
