they will decide that they will choose one option or both. Therefore, this is termed as ethicaldilemma for firm as it will restrain them to do work in an effective manner. To deal with thisproblem, it is must for an employer to formulate proper strategies (Jones and Sahu, 2017).Henceforth, this has been understood that there are many ethical dilemma which areassociated with business and it is fundamental for superior of FILL&FEEL to examine it. In thismanner, they will be able to conduct business in an effective and efficient manner. It will provideimpact to overall operational activities so manager has to measure it. FILL&FEEL is going to begin a new restaurant; therefore, it is must for them to conductresearch at marketplace so they will provide goods and services to individuals as per theirdemand. To gather data as well as information is a significant way, there are two kinds of toolsor sources which will be utilized by superior of company. One is known as primary techniqueand another is termed as secondary. Hence, it is essential for employer of FILL&FEEL to utilizesecondary source of method. With assistance of this, they will create a plan which will help theminto market research (BENHABIB, 2017).Primarily, manager needs to classify marketplace into various segments, such as gender,age, income and many others. With assistance of this, they will easily determine requirementsand demands of individual effectually. Hence, they will be able to fulfil their desires withinrequisite time span.
