services and air freight services. This project report aims to define the external environment
factors which can create an impact on the business and determines the internal and external
factors of the business. The report will depict the different leadership styles which have been
used by the organisation and their corporate social responsibility through which thy can bring
change and organize initiatives which will be helpful for the society.
