TASK Working in the group is very impactful experience for me as it gives me both the positive and the negative experience. There are people in the team who have different skills and knowledge which does not suited as per my expectations and there are people who are alike me. Managing the tasks in the group can be difficult in the initials as everyone in my grouphaving different expectations and hopes from the projects and the task. But after working together for the longer period of time gives us the understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the others members in the group(Long and Gummelt, 2020). Initially all of the us enters in the conflicts because of clashes of thoughts. But with the passing time everyone communicate well with one another effectively and understand the view point of each other which gives me that each and every person in the group possess different quality which anyhowworks for the goodness and achievements of the goals. From my experience everyone in the group respect each other thought process and everyone is equally involved in the tasks and generation of the ideas. From theKolb's reflective cyclein the first stage learners and the group members encountersconcrete experienceby working with each other. I have also generate very strange and unusual experiencewith the new people. In the stage two learners provides theexperience of workingwith others(McGuire and Essex,2022).I firstly faced multiple difficulties in understanding the different people in my group because of different approach of working. The third stage isabstract conceptualization, which gives rise to the new ideaand different concepts. When we work together for a time and understand each other then the creation of the new framework to perform the tasks generated. I have develop the new ideas with my group members such as dividing the duties in the tasks, assigning the task as per the area of expert and many more. The final stage isactive experimentation, which gives rise to experiment more with the new ideas(Robson, 2022).I have developed the idea to perform better by taking help with my group members as per their ability. This helps me in multiple ways as I get know different approaches of performing the tasks with the achievement of my personal as well as organisational goals.
