necessary to learn in group.
Reflective Observation of the New Experience: Before the meeting I was not
conscious about what will happen in meeting. I was thinking that I will not be able to interact
with them and give my views (Metzger, 2017). But nothing like this happened in reality. I
was given opportunity to speak and my points were also given importance. I was able to
enhance my knowledge. Basically, it is a new experience that interacting with them helps to
bring synergy. They help to develop the areas that are weak and that in turn is helpful to learn
new skills. I am thankful that I have been given opportunity to become part of this meeting.
Abstract Conceptualization: I have got various new ways in which I can provide
education and training to my student. There are different techniques that are used by teachers
so that they are able to develop the same and use them while teaching. How I can understand
them was also explained. It was a learning experience that will definitely help me in future.
As at this time I am taking training but I after some months I will also teach students. So, the
lessons that I have learnt from the meeting will definitely help me.
Active Experimentation: I would really use the strategies while I will teach. Along
with that some of the points will help me to get effective training. Overall, the meeting was a
good experience and it explained me to be punctual and attentive. All this will be helpful for
me. If I will face any problem than network will help me. There are various teachers that are
