Tesco plc is a British multinational groceries and general merchandise retailer. The
headquarter of a company in Welwyn garden city, Hertfordshire, England, United kingdom. It is
well position company that was known as third largest retailer in the world on the basis of gross
revenues. On the basis of revenues it is positioning as ninth number in the retail world. The
company have many shops across the seven countries such as Asia and Europe. It will become
market leader in the retail industry in the reference to groceries in the UK, Ireland, Thailand and
Hungry. There are identified that company have approx 28.4% market share. Firstly Tesco based
in 1919 by Jack Cohen as a group of market stalls. It is firstly known As Tesco in 1924 after that
they was purchased a shipment tea from T.E. Stockwell and united those sign with the first who
letters of his Surname after than they are opened first shop of Tesco in 1931 in Burnt Oak,
