opportunities to employees to utilise their unique and creative mindset to participate in
decision making process in an effective manner. Further, this style would assist the
organisation in taking feedback from workforce regarding the areas of practice to ensure
sustainability of entity in long run. By regularly communicating with employees,
organisation can feasibly improve its working pattern to achieve goals timely.
It is also recommended to ASDA to give considerable focus on HR policies associated
with rewards and compensation system to motivate the employees and make them feel
that their excellent work performance is recognised. For this, effective and efficient

personnel are given bonuses, incentives, increments, promotions etc. This ensures timely
completion of goals and objectives of entity as per the set targets. Well structured policies
