I have identified that spectrum of contractual arrangements generally reflects
on legal term but not on the policy term. This generally includes information
with various public sectors that mainly involves acquisition of different types of
goods and services as well as construction services.
On the other hand, it is identified that legal contractors generally contains two
important elements which are considered to be legally valid. All the parties must
remain within the agreement after proper offer is generally made by one of the
parties. I have identified that the project of channel tunnel generally consists of
build-own-operate-transfer contract. Furthermore, I have identified that this
contracts generally helps in finishing the work that is mainly associated with the
