has been constructed in order to have an idea about corporate governance. The background of the
paper has provided an idea about the companies that are operational in the country and how their
operational activities have been improved with the help of corporate governance. The literature
has provided an idea about the elements and the aspects in accordance to the topic with the help
of which the dissertation in relation to the topic would be undertaken. The researcher would be
