Introduction-
Health and safety is required for the firm to develop the safe environment for smooth operations
(Reese, 2018). It is essential for the company to maintain the environment safe by taking care of
employers and employers in terms of safety and their health. Government and companies
introduces the new policies related to health and safety such as LOLER which is required for the
