organisation to pay their maximum attention towards welfare of the society. It basically create
well-beingness and development of an organisation as well as sustainability by providing social

social responsibility help in maximising long term profitability which aid in sustaining in a
competitive market place for longer period of time. In this literature review will describe point of
view of different author's and opinion. Moreover, this will help a leaner to get proper knowledge
on a particular topic in order to have further learning practices.
