INTRODUCTION
Social responsibility is the responsibility of every organisation, it would put the great
impact on the business and on the environment too. It helps to identify the solutions ans also
promote the standards of society (García‐Sánchez,and Martínez‐Ferrero,2019). It really
important to understand the responsibilities they have towards the society, its not only the
obligations of workers who work for the environment as well as the Non profit organisation,
there are so many people in this world who were fighting with their hunger and shelter as well as
our environment is also in dander these days. In this report, it will discuss that how the fruit drink
brand “innocent” will work to promote their healthy drink not only in UK but also in other
countries by promoting the human rights and their duties towards the environment.

The innocent company of UK which deals with the fresh natural fruit juice from the last
25 years, it was established in 1999 and it followed various strategies as well as frame many
policies to ensure the human rights. The innocent company also follows the UN guideline of
Human Rights; Pay the competitive salaries- in innocent company the importance should be given to the
efforts done by the employee's and according to their efforts the salary has been given,
none of the employee's were under paid in the company, this right provided to the
employee's give efficiency to the company. Proper health care- the company will assure about the healths of their employee's, if any
of the employee got ill the, private health care check up will be provide to the employee's. Right to freedom of movement- if the employee's of the company has a right to freedom
of movement then, it will helps the employees to do the work effectively and it will lead
to grow the company as well. In the innocent the existing employee's were send to China
and Japan to expand their business as well as it will set the perfect example of liberty
which provided by the innocent company to their employee's.
Gender equality- in an innocent company the rule of gender equality is followed, the
woman got the same rights which the man were enjoying in the company. In UK
companies the gender gap pay has also decreased to 6.6%, because in companies there
are more woman in senior position's.
These are the measures which is taken by the innocent company to protect the rights of the
employee's and to protect the Human rights. It will gives the rapid growth to the company and
give the motivation to the workers.

of it, but eventually helping the growth of the society as whole, The Innocent Organization, has
been doing their bit of the contributions into the community , as they say you reap what to sow,
so charity is a good way to indulge oneself in the good practices. Charity or contributions is
mentioned under the Philanthropic Activities by the corporate social responsibility
(Maroun,2020).
Every year the corporation have donated 10% of their profits to the individuals or groups who
are in need, determining the underpinned procedure of charity , The Innocent Company gives
away a volunteering day to the individual or member of the office, which can be used as they
please in any of the volunteering activity. The cherishing practice of giving back to the
community as whole, this substantial thinking have grown in the Organization from the start and
have been eventually spread globally by the help of the employers, employees and the other
respective members of the company, Almost 75% of the members of the firm to utilize this
