According to Wang et al., (2016), the discussion focuses on the impact of corporate
social responsibility (CSR) in most organizations in the recent times. The authors have discussed
on the fact that there have been a major proliferation of growth factors of CSR and has now
become the prime centre of attraction in the recent times. Based on the rising trends and
promises that are made by CSR, it has indicated that CSR have majorly shifted their focus on
processes and mechanisms based on which business corporations would conceptualize over
societal obligations. The authors have also focused on the benefits attracted towards
organizations with the rise of CSR activities. These lead to motivation and energizing
stakeholders while managing the expectations and societal perceptions.
The discussion further focuses on the recent research trends made in the field of CSR.
Recent trends have been critically analysed by the authors based on the data collected and graphs
that have been depicted. Based on the growth trends and rise of CSR, it has been discussed about
