INTRODUCTIONIn order to maintain discipline and protect the society various rules and regulations areformed in context of business enterprises. It is made the responsibility of the corporate to full fillthe various responsibilities which are termed as the corporate social responsibility (Ahern andLeavy, 2014). Following report will discuss the various aspects of same in context of the NISAorganisationPART 1Project definitionThe set of tasks which are interrelated and are required to be completed within a specifiedperiod of time and in which some cost will have to be incurred is called as project. There areparticular objectives that are required to be achieved and for that planning will have to be done.In order to make the proper plan it will be required that research and designing shall be carriedout and this will be done in all the types of businesses. In order to complete the work in therequired amount of time plans will have to be formulated with the help of the CSR activities byNISA. There are objectives which will have to be met and that will be done by using theseactivities as by this the performance of the company will be identified (Alhawari and et. al.,2012).In a business there are various activities in relation to social responsibilities which willhelp in attaining the targets and goals and therefore they are required to be evaluated by thebusiness. There will be a time when the organisation will have to deal with the high level ofcompetition and in that case the growth will be attained with the use of all these activities andposition in the market will be maintained. In the business and corporate social responsibilitiesthere are various challenges that will be identified with the help of it.Problem statementIn the process of provision of the services to the users there are various problems that willbe faced by managers of the company and they will be identified with the help of implementationof the CSR activities and after that they will be resolved. The profitability as well as theproductivity of the company will be affected by using the corporate social responsibilities andthis is because there will be cost that will have to be incurred in relation to them. The policiesand strategies that are formulated by the authorities will have to be complied with in process of1

the implementation of the cited activities. All of this will prove to be helpful in achieving thetargets and also in maintaining the sustainable development (Artto and et. al., 2011).Project strategyIn order to maintain the development and achieve the targets it will be required thatvarious strategies shall be formulated which will have to be followed by the managers at higherlevel. In this process there will be requirement of making various decisions and that will only bepossible with the help of proper planning. The performance of the company will be improvedwith the help of the CSR activities but for that they will have to be evaluated. In order to attainthe benefits, policies will be formulated and for that information will be required that will becollected with the help of the research that will be conducted. After the formulation they willhave to be implemented and this is required because by this the challenges will be dealt with inthe most effective manner. This will also be helpful in gaining the competitive advantage. Project objectivesIn an organisation there are various objectives which will be achieved and also the issueswill be resolved with the implementation of CSR activities. Some of the major objectives inrelation to the project are: the performance in the market will be improved by implementation of the various CSRactivities.The minimization of cost and increasing the revenue will have to be achieved by themanagers.The effective and efficient utilisation of resources will have to be achieved.In order to the deadlines the work will have to be completed on the specified time limit.The market share will have to be improved and for that customers will have to beprovided with the qualitative products.In order to control the expenses budgets will have to be prepared by the managers. In order to increase the social welfare society will be provided with maximum benefits.The brand image will be increased and for this competitiveness will have to be achievedin the market.The products which are made by the company will be provided to the consumers with the use ofboth online and offline measures.2
