Manufacturing industry aim at developing internal policies for the manufacturing industry for safe and healthy work environment which encourages work life balance, training and equal opportunities which helps in retaining talented and prospective employees in the organization for higher productivity and performance and helps achieve long term goals and objectives of the company. Manufacturing industry should work in compliance with health and safety laws to protect employees from any hazardous activities. They should also comply with employment act and regulations for more satisfied workforce.
