INTRODUCTION
Corporate Social responsibility is very essential for the company, because it helps the
organisation to be socially accountable to itself, it also know as self regulating business model. If
the company fulfil their social responsibilities in proper manner, so they support them , to
increase the brand image in public and also helps to achieve the target of company effectively
and efficiently (Bhattacharyya, 2020). Corporate social responsibility is related to the business
model, which support the companies to doing concerted effort, and helps the society and brand
image of the companies. In this essay it discuss the UK and Global framework related to the
corporate social responsibilities. It is the best way to raise the morale in their workplace and it is
beneficial for the company growth, along with it is the broad concept and strategy which is
implemented by the large corporation.

Marks and spencer is a multinational retailer and fashion company, so they need to be more
focus on Corporate social responsibilities. Because it is very crucial for their growth and
performance. It is a technical model which is utilized by the companies to cooperate their efforts,
to doing those activities which helps the Marks and Spencer company to accomplish their social
responsibilities effectively and efficiently. Environmental Protection group of Marks and
Spencer company assist in both ways society and environment, because it is liable for applying
moral values through their extra plans and strategies for the organisation. Marks and Spencer
company launching the suitable fashion clothes, which is not harming the environments and
made by good quality and eco- friendly raw material (Halkos and Nomikos, 2021). This strategy
helps the company to attract the new customer and fulfil their social responsibility, because
people are more concern for the environment safety, so if the company using any eco- friendly
techniques to making their product and doing some innovative changes which support to
promote the environments safety. Along with it, Marks and Spencer having a responsibility to
apply the eco- friendly techniques, which is beneficial for their performance and helps them to
fulfil their corporate social responsibility like thermal power and solar panel to made their own
electricity. That helps the company to raise their performance and expand their business
