John: Hi... How are you?
Therapist: Good. I have been looking forward to meeting you. Let me explain to you a little
bit about who I am and what I do. I am a Psychological Therapist counsellor for
the clinic. So, I understand that you referred because you have been impression
quite downcast in current days.

mental health. These have responsibility for the patient and have good counselling skills as well
as counsellor must be a good counsellor. These skills are used to develop rapport, establish trust
and ensure that patients feel heard as well as understood. This report is include a transcript and a
self reflection. The self-reflection is based on the Gibbs reflection model. This is consist the all
six stages which are present in the Gibbs model. The counselling skills are help in the
development of relationship and maintain them effectively.
