The purpose of the following report is to determine the changes that are being carried through the
United Kingdom in the present times. The NHS is one of the most important Government
organizations that has taken the initiatives for the change to make the system better. This report
is divided between three sections. These sections are the critical review on the sustainable and
transformation plans on Coventry and Warwickshire. The critical review has been done on the
chosen STP and the Five Year Forward View and Five Year Forward Next Steps by NHS. The
critical review is followed by the two aspects of the STP like stakeholder engagement and patient
service-based view. The recommendations have been made as well on how their services can be
improved. Thus the hospitals under NHS in Coventry and Warwickshire will thrive to work

Introduction
The health system in United Kingdom has been going through several changes of late.
The different organizations in healthcare are arranging for the different systems that will improve
the ways of healthcare systems being provided. The NHS in United Kingdom has addressed
these issues in a way that the patients should be able to get the best treatment facilities and the
best care so they can come around faster. Some of the changes that have been applied in this
context are the Five Year Forward View (2012) and Five Year Forward Next Steps (2017).
These steps are really important for regulatory organizations like NHS to build up the healthcare
policies in a way that they should provide the patients with the best plans (England.nhs.uk 2018).
STPs are generally the five year plans that cover all the aspects of the NHS England. These plans
