Customer Service professional with the prestigious organization. I have few years of
experience as the customer service expert wherein I have spent more than ten years employed
in respective field in different kinds of capacities.
In the current position of the head Customer Service Executive with the XYZ
Company, I try to work by fielding the different calls from the customers as well as inquires
for resolving the different grievances and deliver suitable training to the new employees who
are the representatives. According to me, I have proper communication, resolution of conflict
skills along with problem solving aspects which will make me suitable candidate for the
