the distribution process is mandatory because it helps to reduce the misunderstanding. Thus, the
plan and distribution is successfully done. So, I am able to analyse the performance and,
emphasize my statement of processes and of the value of running in the lead. For example, the
planning approach is the best for handle the work. So, I am breaking it into little project and
scope mini-deadlines for all job directing up to the task whole due date. In that manner, I am
regularly making development each day, and I am ensured that the project is completed on time.
This, it is the best plan for me because breaking the task into smaller group it helps me for
achieving the goal and objective of the particular task.

view.
Last month, I need the top manager to approve the research project. So I sent requesting email
with the potential saving underlined. That got his attention. When he came to seem me, I showed
the detail report that how to handle the project by reducing he time and cost as well and he
impressed with me and he approved this project on the spot. Henceforth, to influence the people
firstly, I understand the view point and then give the testaments in an appropriate manner. This
strategy helps me to influence the people.
