INTRODUCTION
The managing of people in an organisation is defined as to control, lead and provide
brief knowledge about their aim and objective by which they enhance the productivity and
profitability of organisation. As per this the managing of people or workforce is good enough
to handle resources of organisation to enhance their profit margin. Before taking advantage
from the employee a necessary action should be drive that is called selection of recruitment
of potential candidate (Abbasi and et. al., 2020). The selection and recruitment program help
to built number of new approach and new techniques which represent role and
responsibilities of organisation and selected candidate must accomplish their objective. The
effective managing factor and a part of leader is assemble by developing various skill and
knowledge by updating and interacting with number of people (Bech and et. al., 2019). In
which the role of communication, career enhancing and all development in a person help to
grow effectively and manage people. This reports help in analysis of various managing skill
