This presentation examines the impact of COVID-19 on business operations of ASDA, a leading supermarket chain in England. The research aims to investigate the response of businesses to COVID-19, consequences of COVID-19 on ASDA's business functions, and strategies used by ASDA to mitigate challenges related to COVID-19. The proposed methodology is quantitative research using primary and secondary data collection methods. The sample size is 20 managers within ASDA, and a questionnaire is used as a research instrument. Ethical practices are followed, and informed consent is obtained from participants.
