This research aims to identify the impact of COVID-19 on employee willingness towards performing their roles and responsibilities within Ernst & Young. The study includes a literature review on the challenges faced by employees during COVID-19, the response taken by Ernst & Young to mitigate these challenges, and the impact of COVID-19 on employee willingness. The research methodology includes a survey research strategy and a quantitative research choice. The research is relevant for stakeholders and can assist the organisation in making various decisions and developing succession opportunities.
