to understand as it will help to bring changes in people lives by offering them best treatment and
services. The current report is impact of Covid-19 on mental health of elder people in UK. The
report covers literature review matrix, and reflection by considering all activities.

Literature Reflection (evidence-based process)-
The study regarding impacts of Covid-19 on mental health of elder people has been
conducted by me that supported to know how it can be overcome. This is important for each
individual to identify what is happening around and how each problem could be resolved so that
kind of strategies are applied to complete the work. I have learned from this study that how
pandemic has affected the mental and physical health such as depression, stress, spread of virus
in lungs of human being that created the issues in living their life. Before this, I never knew that
how pandemic might be affect the mental health of people. Most of the elder age of people being
affected badly that created the issues in running their routine life. Covid-19 was a serious issue
have occurred in whole world due to spreads of virus in city of China that was Wuhan. This have
risen from animal and entered into human body that created the issues.
The study was most challenging for me because to conduct research and understand in
pandemic period was so difficult that created challenge for me to collect data. There were many
participants who shared their experience to come out from pandemic. The similarities were

collection of data by using questionnaire that helped to know what strategies should be use to
manage the all functions and activities. A longitudinal horizon as section is being used by
researcher that supported to complete the study in defined period and accomplish the personal as
well as professional goals. A descriptive research design is used by me as it fulfils objectivity,
reliability, validity, and generalizations of the findings that supported to grow the all activities
and functions effectively. It has seen that all collected data regarding impact of pandemic on
elder people have focused on accuracy and reliability that can help to complete the goals
effectively. The present research helps to find out the impacts and strategies of pandemic so that
upcoming problem could be overcome effectively. The priorities for future research is to focus
on topic, then select the method or technique to conduct the study as it brings collection of
information regarding a topic and supports to manage the all activities which are require to
complete the analysis. This area has increased my knowledge and insights to take future
opportunity so that I could perform well.
CONCLUSION
From the report it has been concluded that Covid-19 was the major issue for each
individuals as it affected the life where it became important to analysis the environment and
comes to know how each factor created the challenge for people. There is need to have proper
strategies and planning which can be used to bring changes in existing process and introduce
new one so that each work could be perform well. A research has been conducted by analysing
all resources and data so that enough amount of information could get easily.
