• Workplace transformation is defined as improvement of such aspects within the
organisation in which different kind of works are being promoted by the
workers.
• With the help of workplace transformation positive environment can be created
within the workplace and at the same time advancement can also be rendered.

which helps the business to grow and to acquire market position as well.
• There are various reasons due to which workplace transformation is adopted by
the organisation such as COVID-19, technology advancement, situation of war,
crisis related to economy or society.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN
• Scope: The current research would create higher scope for Waitrose as in
context of using various strategies of workplace transformation in their
organisation.
• Cost: Cost is regarded as the money which is needed for completing the project.
For the current research, €200 is needed by the researcher.

• The current research has undertaken quantitative research methods which
are specific and reliable in nature.
• With the help of quantitative research methods statistical information can
be gathered and at the time quantitative research methods are time taking
in nature which may create delays in the project.

RECOMMENDATIONS
• In order to align with market conditions Waitrose is required to provide
differentiated training and development measures so that implementation
of workplace transformation can be made easier.
• On the other hand, the organisation is required to adopt latest market
trends into their organisation so that to manage their business.

REFLECTION
• I am glad that I have got opportunity to conduct the research.
• With the help of this research I have developed my research and
communication skills which would help me for betterment of my career.

• From the above discussion this can be concluded that workplace
transformation is one of the prominent measure which is used within the
organisation so that to manage business functions and to attain market
prominence.
• Using workplace transformation businesses processes can be executed in better
way and business image can be developed.
