INTRODUCTION
The Report aims to analyse the impact of covid-19 pandemic on workplace transformation. The
pandemic has brought many changes and problems for organisation to cope up with the
uncertainty are into business market (Agba, Ocheni,. and Agba, 2020). Due to down fall in
economy and rising Technology has impact on organisational transformation. The report is going
to present how these challenges will be overcome through collecting data from relevant sources
and project management plan.

The Covid-19 pandemic has change the lookout and functioning of the organization. Due to
several restrictions and measures, business could not be able to serve their products and services
into the market which has reduced their growth and profitability. Therefore, every business
brings new ways and technology to provide services to the customers. This brings change in the
workplace (Comacchio, 2021). Employees need to adopt innovation and technology to interact
with customer through online platforms. They need to change consistent behavior and convert it

into adaptability. Employees must be able to work remotely and through multiple software in
order to carry out business practices. For example, in Oxford Buisess College, teachers need to
take classes and lectures through online platforms. This transforms the business activities
through digitally.

(Nagel, 2020). Covid-19 has impact on college functioning as they could not engage students
across the countries which has lowers down their profitability and leads to cut down the
employment. In order to expand in new countries, the college is facing restriction and slow
growth at worldwide level.

The organisational workplace has been changing in market. The dynamic business
environment leads to force organisations to cope up with market uncertainties and bring products
and service as per customer demands and convenience. The change has brought in terms of
technology, innovation and new market demands. This results in adopting new machineries,
online platforms and E-commerce. Therefore, the company needs to invest in marketing and new
technology. This requires training and transformation in workplace in which employees needs to
learn new ways of working.

There are many challenges faced by the organisation while adopting new technology. This
includes risk of innovation, deliveries and changing market trends. Also, in adopting new
technologies, employees require motivation and dedication to work and cope up with market

change in management strategy are the major challenges which creates problems in enabling
transformation positively. The challenge also occurs at managing workforce in remote areas. The

Project life cycle
It is a type of document which includes all the stages which are related to project
deliveries. The aim is to deliver the projects aims successfully by achieving each objective. The
main stages are described below:
Initiation: This stage is the main in which the researcher set the presentation plan and
identifies any problem. This phase include creating contracts and analyses the resources. This
project will require sources like internet, laptop and approval from Oxford College to carry out
project.
Planning: This stage plans all the project aims and objectives. This will include all the
risk arias, milestones and objectives which are required to achieve. This project has its aims to
analyses the impact of Covid-19. Also, the data will be collected through various sources like

Research philosophy: The research philosophies on about assuming and interrupting the
data for the research. It is based on interpretivism philosophy in which the data will be gathered
through observations and theories.
Research approach: Research approach is the way and path in which the research will
be carry out. Main research approaches are Inductive and deductive. This is such is based on
inductive approach in which there is no need to create new theory and data will be applicable for
the entire context.
Data collection: The method of Data Collection is necessary to choose perfectly. It is
based on the topic and the research objective. There are mainly two methods primary and
secondary. This research is based on secondary method of Data Collection to maintain
authenticity and reliability of the research.
Primary: The method of Data Collection is use for collecting data in statistical form.
This method is used for gaining actual and reliable results full stop it is quite time taking and cost
taking method. It can be done through questionnaire and Survey. This research is not using
primary method of Data Collection due to covid-19 restrictions.
Secondary: This method of Data Collection is the most widely used and effective. The
data collected through secondary sources are reliable and has generalized applicability. It is quite
effective and less time taking source. This is search has based on secondary method of Data
Collection through books journals and articles.
CONCLUSION
The report has concluded that covid-19 drastically impact on every Organisation in the
market. The situation of endemic has caused many changes into the workplace. The report has
shown some project life cycles stages which helps in reducing the research and achieving its
objective.
