COVID 19 Is a pandemic which occurred in the year 2019. It has great impact upon various
part of the world in a negative manner (Nicola, and et.al,2020). Several businesses have been
stopped because of this pandemic. There are several researchers conducted for analysing the
problems faced by companies due to consequences of the pandemic.
Summary of the key challenges facing business
There are several challenges faced by companies due to COVID 19. Some of these are
mentioned below
 Businesses have to develop or more re silent supply as well as distribution system.
They have to provide more value on redundancy and reliability.
 There are some businesses which are focusing upon geopolitical fallout and because
of China and us , there is problem in managing capital expenditure in several
industries. It is not easy to generate positive cost of capital.

 There are several old economy or offline businesses which have to be conducted in
order of online offering.
Viewpoints from business and stakeholders
There are several stakeholders of the company including customers, employees,
executives, government which is crashing hard due to this pandemic situation. It is important
to monitor and control all activities and regulations for safety of employees as well as
customers. It will help to retain stakeholders properly (Balla-Elliott and et.al, 2020).
Key safe guide from government
Companies have to operate both safely and economically and they have to take more
precautions regarding health and safety regulations. All the companies have to introduce
social distancing and it is not easy to get the same efficiency from all the factory floor.
Recommendations
It is recommended for all businesses to control and manage business activities
according to rules and regulations provided by government for fighting against this disease.
Social distancing must be followed in all workplace areas so that there will be less contact
among people and spread of this disease can be possible.
