This research aims to determine the effects of Covid-19 on consumer buying habits in the context of retailing, with a focus on Walmart. The study will use a descriptive research design and quantitative data collection method through a questionnaire survey. The research questions include the concept of customer buying behavior, the effects of Covid-19 pandemic on customer buying habits within Walmart, and the ways of mitigations to reduce the impact of Covid-19 pandemic in Walmart.
