Learning experiences termed to any communication, courses, schedule, program and
another experiences in that learning that take places in which it happen in traditional academic
sections and as well as non- traditional sections. It involves learning is a human and suitable term

Development Plan

with their group by that I can coordinate with another. As there are several sort of the advantages
of this framework get by a respective that are discussed below -
It is an effective and fundamental model that is suitable to know for a learner that also
enables me to learn several sort of the things with higher term of the courses by getting
several experiences.
It offers higher term of balance and relevant judgement to a respective that enables them

courses of the life (Cuthell, 2021). When I was performing at initial section of the report, I have
several deficiency of the abilities that resist m e to not efficient demonstrate my standardised
point and orientation knowledge. It hold significant abilities that manages the area of courses that
include various criteria that have an efficient groups presentation that are significant in the field

respect to attain the furthermore courses of the targets and objectives in effectively way that are

Decision making skills - It is termed as a significant skills for me to create in respect to
develop my career in human resource division. As there are several decision making
requirements that are taken by me in respect to eliminate their issues and challenges.
Conflict resolution skills – As there are several sort of the respective who are working in
the business of the management with the aim of accommodating their common targets in
an effective manner (Lamont, 2021). In relation to the Human resource area, I require to
sort such terms of the issues that occurs in the management and by applying various
tactics to overcome it will further help me to manage my roles and responsibilities in the
business. As it is essential for maintaining my culture with concentration of career
accommodation by which it also neglect non - required actions.
Leadership skills - It relates to the manner that will have an impact on the behaviour of
another towards the accommodation of the targets and aims. In the human resource area, I
require to lead my overall staff members with the objective of the success of the business
that also offers me directions and effective term of the support that is important. It
supports me to encourage my workers to perform with higher term of the dedication and
loyal term of the commitment in an effective and efficient manner.

Under the section the term learning experience for me relate with the communication
with my group member, maintaining my courses program in other several section of experience
in that my learning experience highlights full stop it can be managed by framing various out of
the objectives and as well as goals with effective learning power and as well as ability in an
effective and as well as efficient manner (Megawati, and et.al., 2021). I exercise various
learning divisions of the factor in which my education, training and as well as development
section will get enhance due to which my educational experience will also get better. I have
prepared my objectives and as well as my goals in the manner of for the more courses of

we try to manage our learning capability in a potential manner. I have learnt that in order to be
efficient and effective in the field of course it is significant to implement effective learning
strategies with capabilities in order to economic growth in that learners can attain their common

platform it will be easy for us but on the other hand sometimes it become difficult for me to a
certain or determine several courses of data from online medium by that I had to face several
difficulties in maintaining my functions and operations as well in a suitable manner (Tripathi,
and et.al., 2022). I effectively enjoyed and learn several thought of the divisions about learning
experience is that is important to execute various courses of programs of activities about the field
of the area. It may be effective for me and my team members that I had faced various challenges
and issues but by try to eliminate it will make a feel like satisfied and as well as sometime
stressed out.
I have face several situation that refers to for the more complexity and by leading the
group in a positive manner it will make me feel confident but another hand it will need to success
by managing a suitable task and performing the work on my weakness delete become my
strength in the field of the area. I have followed several learning experiences, by that I got an
opportunity to increase my current terms of abilities. I would not have experience of maintaining
the schedule effectively but the development criteria supports me to advances my growth and
eliminate the issues and as well as problems in an effective and efficient way. I have learnt about
the different terms of research approaches in developing my future targets in that I can adopt
several division in order to complete my subjects and try to attend my pre - identified objectives
and goals with my group and another group member in a suitable and as well as proper way. The
courses of the sections also involves the manner of the rapid term of the consolidation of learning
that can be achieved while managing and as well as undertaking the role of the learner in the
following field of the area. By managing several sort of the plan of the actions and as well as
suitable tactics it will help me in overcoming and eliminating the problems and issues within my
courses. By this, it will directly supports in attaining my common set of the targets in an
effective and as well as efficient sort of the manner. On the other hand, my learning sections will
guide me by my module and planning of the courses to attain several terms of the field of the
area courses. I have developed varied sort of the knowledge and as well as manner of the skills
