Reflection
During this module, I have learned numerous skills. And all of these skills has helped me
in creating the self-confidence in me. Also, it has impacted my mindfulness as well. I will use
these skills in my future as well. So, it will always enhance my skills to the highest level.
Coming to those skills that has been learned by me are skills related to the critical analysation,
team work, presentation pattern, reflective, communication, listening, technological and so on. I
have adopted the number of skills during this session. The skill of critical analysation refers to
the power of analysing the topics and the modules. It is concerned with using the equal balance
of positive and negative aspects (Tasnim, 2020). I have developed this skill during the session.
While performing the research over the task that has given to me I developed this skill. I have
visited number of sources in order to gather the facts and figures in relation of the topic. And this
has improved my researching power as well. This skill has enabled me in order to provide the
accurate findings of the topic. Also, developed the social intelligence in me. It refers to self-
examine in order to know the current abilities. This has provided me the guidance in relation of
the aspects that are needed to make my researching power more effective. It includes using the
more valuable sources and becoming open minded so, I can welcome the thoughts of other as
well. The another skill that has ben learned by me is the team building skill. This refers to the
completion of the group task within cooperating with each member and understanding the
opinions of each member. Earlier, I used to have the less effective listening skills. I do not prefer
to listen to others. But, this session has made me to develop the listening skills as well while
completing the group task.
In total there were four members in the group and all of us has determined our roles and
responsibilities by the leader. I have given the task of making effective presentation of the topics.
This group task has evolved various skills in me. Firstly, I learned that it is important to
cooperate with each other in order to complete the task in effective manner. Secondly, I realised
that, I have to listen to the other's opinion as well. It is important to provide the importance to the
other's members opinion as well (Gulyamovna and Abidjanovna, 2021). Initially, all of us were
going in a different direction. But, when we started cooperating each other then everything went
smoothly. Also, I have found that group task is the platform of opportunity that can be grab by
