An organization needs to provide an adequate working environment for its teams and
individuals. A good physical working environment influences positivity in the place of work for
the functioning as well as active development in the organization.
Targets
Objectives in the organization are strategic goals that the administration of an
organization develops to figure anticipated results as well as guide the efforts of the team in the
work environment. It is essential that the organization creates targets. The targets assist in
conducting the efforts of the team members, approve the undertakings of an organization as well
as continued survival, interpret the quality of production, and give restrictions for chasing
inessential objectives as well as acts as behavioral motivation. A firm is required to communicate
the aims of the organization to involve team members in their work and attain the purpose
desired by the organization. (Maddux, 2016, p.55).
Competitive Environment
Competition among team members in the workplace is motivating. Encouraging
competition between teams and individuals in the work environment will lead to the organization
performing better as every member of the team will collaborate on common goals and objectives.
The organization is required to engage the team members in competitions which create morale
self-esteem and teamwork expertise for the general members of the team. The organization can
guarantee a healthy and friendly competitive environment by making sure that all team members
get rewarded when the team is successful. A competitive work environment will make the
members who underperform to work hard to help them in the attainment of the firm's objectives
(Jones, Davis, & Thomas, 2017, p.390).

Multicultural Environment
A multicultural work environment in the workplace establishes various set of cultures as
well as ethnic setting in the work environment. The distinct cultures at the workplace have
unique techniques of solving difficulties. A team of different cultural background makes every
team member have a different perspective on issues that arise. The affluence of aspects brings an
extended presentation of characters that are beneficial to the team. Giving team members support
or confidence to provide feedback in meetings permits the members involved in the process and
establishes an interconnected workforce (Şahin, & Gürbüz, 2014, p.42).
A multicultural work environment improves the workplace. Supporting multicultural
ideas in the work environment helps the team members to feel recognized for their contribution
to the organization as well as the expertise they offer. Incorporating a multicultural work
environment makes the workforce feel valued by the organization. When the team members feel
valued, they are likely to be impressed which will boost their productivity. Multicultural work
environment influences the manner employee accountability which benefits the organization
(Şahin, & Gürbüz, 2014, p.42).
Environment Scattered Across Different Countries/Time zones
Teams that are geographically scattered needs to have members with quality standards
such as self-motivated, adequate communication skills, driven by outcomes, and have integrity.
The team members need integration for a defined objective. The team leader must guarantee that
there exists a robust communication technology for the team members scattered in the
organization. The team needs to be unified on a team charter, and the organization needs to
communicate purposes understandably and often. The team leader needs to often provide fair as

well as suitable feedback to all members and guarantee availability when the members are in
need (Zuofa, & Ochieng, 2017, p.230).
Ineffective leadership
Bad leadership in the workplace will have a destructive outcome on the team members
and may dent the image as well as the reputation of the organization. Poor leadership makes the
organization to have the incapability to keep members as well as lessens the self-confidence of
the team members, inspiration as well as performance. When an organization realizes the
properties of ineffective leaders, it will enable them to keep away from leadership risk and

Company’s Policies/Rules
Organization’s policies, as well as procedures, describe the rules that set forth conducts in
the workplace. The policies define the accountability of the employee and the employer. The

firm's interest. According to the requirements of the organization, several policies, as well as
procedures, define rules concerning worker behavior as well as several forms which connect to
