Introduction
An organization needs to provide an adequate working environment for its teams and
individuals. A good physical working environment influences positivity in the place of work for
the functioning as well as active development in the organization.
Targets
Objectives in the organization are strategic goals that the administration of an
organization develops to figure anticipated results as well as guide the efforts of the team in the
work environment. It is essential that the organization creates targets. The targets assist in
conducting the efforts of the team members, approve the undertakings of an organization as well
as continued survival, interpret the quality of production, and give restrictions for chasing
inessential objectives as well as acts as behavioral motivation. A firm is required to communicate
the aims of the organization to involve team members in their work and attain the purpose
desired by the organization. (Maddux, 2016, p.55).
Competitive Environment
Competition among team members in the workplace is motivating. Encouraging
competition between teams and individuals in the work environment will lead to the organization
performing better as every member of the team will collaborate on common goals and objectives.
The organization is required to engage the team members in competitions which create morale
self-esteem and teamwork expertise for the general members of the team. The organization can
guarantee a healthy and friendly competitive environment by making sure that all team members
get rewarded when the team is successful. A competitive work environment will make the
members who underperform to work hard to help them in the attainment of the firm's objectives
(Jones, Davis, & Thomas, 2017, p.390).
