My job role
My work profile as accountant manager in the clothing industry came up with a lot of
learning and also benefited me in managing multiple tasks at the same time like recording
different brands of fashion, maintaining tracks of many suppliers of varied brand outlets
etc. Working effectively as from a sales accountant to billing records of every fashion
outlet has helped me upgrade my degree of productivity too. At many times I was also
given tips of how to deal with different dealers in clothing industry. How to effectively
communicate to retailers of clothing motivate me to build my relationships strong and also
establish networks in clothing industry. I was also assisted by my superior in developing
my self personality by educating me in how to dress myself up and behave accordingly
with big fashion tycoons of clothing industry.
I was responsible for overall management of timely communication between managers and
retailers of clothing outlets around my locality.

I have observed during the whole process of managing different operations in
clothing departments that I have a fair potential of completing my tasks within
timely deadlines. Also at times of handling things in place of my boss , I was good
at taking leadership of presenting myself confidently. During my training in

Since my job was maintaining of all statements and records correctively as an accountant
manager. I was also told by my senior accountant to analyse the performances of every
employee and accordingly create their performance records. For that I use performance
manageable techniques such as point scale method to measure their work in a logical
