INTRODUCTION •Leadership is the important element of organisation as it helps in achievement of target and goals. RESEARCH APPROACH: It is also analysed that this research paper is using deductive approach because it main focuses on quantitative approach. Researcher deicide the size of population for example, they take information from a group of 25 person. For this investigation researcher take 15 as a sample size. •Research ethics: It is analyse that ethics are the code of conducts that should be take in consideration while performing research. Research ethics are necessary for conducting research, They should be ensure that researcher should not leak any data or information of their sample size. Because if they did that then it become against with ethics of research. It is also ensure that they will not hurt sentiments of a single person.

I was expected to report containment sections of the city and to ensure that they are clean and non contaminated. .
