INTRODUCTION
Leadership is the important element of organisation as it helps in achievement of
target and goals. It is identified in organisations that the success and growth of their
business is depends on effective and leadership style. In this presentation, it shows
the 360 degree approach that helps in analysis of whole customer journey. 360
degree approach is helpful in performance appraisal of employees in organisation.

RESEARCH METHODS FOR 360 DEGREE
For 360 degree performance appraisal, mixed research methodology is used. That means it
include both method that are qualitative and quantitative. It is important to find out so that
researcher take an action accordingly. In quantitative approach, researcher use questionnaire
for taking information from their decide sample.

RESEARCH APPROACH:
It is also analysed that this research paper is using deductive approach because it main
focuses on quantitative approach. They use deductive approach so that their main
objective can be met.
Data Collection: Data collection has two types of method from which researcher
can take information from their population. Two types are primary and secondary
sources. Primary is more difficult method of data collection as compared to secondary
resources. Primary source requires high amount of investment whereas secondary source
is less expansive. Both plays a different role in achievement of desired result. Secondary
sources includes published books and journals. It is analysed that this investigation use
primary sources in which they take information from their sample size.

RESEARCH APPROACHES
Sampling:
It is the population size that decided for attempting this investigation. Researcher deicide the
size of population for example, they take information from a group of 25 person. For this
investigation researcher take 15 as a sample size.
Research ethics:
It is analyse that ethics are the code of conducts that should be take in consideration while
performing research. Research ethics are necessary for conducting research, They should be
ensure that researcher should not leak any data or information of their sample size. Because if
they did that then it become against with ethics of research. It is also ensure that they will not
hurt sentiments of a single person.

LITERATURE REVIEW
According to Jean and Singh, 2020 leadership activity is
performed by leaders of the company in which they
convert individual goals into common goals of
organisation. Leaders use their skills and knowledge for
handling problems or difficulties in organisation. They has
main focus on integrity of employees so that their all
employees work with honesty and give their whole efforts.
Leaders should use creative style of leadership in
organisation but their main focus should be on ethics.
Ethics are the code of conduct that decide boundary of
industry or organisation to achieve their desired results.
