Introduction
The construction industry comprises of businesses that build either office
buildings or houses, highways as well as bridges. Site managers within the
construction industry are responsible for ensuring that the construction project is
completed within the estimated time as well as budget. There are many
responsibilities of a site manager such as hiring staff members, sourcing materials,
maintaining the quality control procedures as well as monitoring the progress of
the project. The target job for this presentation is that of a site manager.

Research Methods of 360 Degree
A 360-degree feedback can be defined as a system wherein the employees receive
remarks or feedback comments from their managers, peers, coworkers,
subordinates as well as customers. A 360-degree feedback is one of the effective
tools that can help the employee to identify their strengths as well as areas in
which they need to work on. Then research method that was used in order to
obtain the data, was a questionnaire. A questionnaire helps in measuring different
perspectives of individuals against a list of competencies.

Literature Review of target job
The target job for this report is of a site manager and they have various responsibilities
at the construction site. One of them is to ensure that the operations are carried out in a
smooth manner. Also, there are different theories on creative ethical leadership that can
be mentioned here. For example, Path-goal theory as well as Leader-Member Exchange
Theory. The Path Goal theory states that different types of leaderships can be used in
order to clear the pathways for the subordinates so that they can realize as well as
achieve their goals. The Leader-Member Exchange theory, on the other hand states that
there are in as well as out group members in any organization. The in-group members
work effectively with the leader whereas this is not the case for out-group members.

Questionnaire
In order to collect data from the respondents for this study, a questionnaire has
been used. A questionnaire is a research tool that is commonly used in order to
collect first hand and reliable information from the respondents. It comprises of a
series of questions that are based on the topic of the research. The questionnaire
that has been developed will be filled by 360-degree. The respondents will be
asked to provide their honest feedback about the individual so that they get an
opportunity to enhance their learning about their strengths as well as weaknesses.
The source for the questionnaire will be the employees working on a site.
