INTRODUCTION
Criminal justice system refers to the system which includes the law enforcement and are
directly involved in apprehending, prosecuting, defending, sentencing along with punishing
people who are convicted or suspected of criminal offense. This is the own which have the
authority to take control over the crime within country and leads to maintain safety. Here, there
are some of the prolific offender who are having multiple offences and leads to result in getting
conviction or cautions with criminal career history. They are the own who are having the history
of crime in past which may include more than one and having their own criminal profile. In this,
there is discussion about the criminal justice system and prolific offenders. There is also
discussion whether criminal justice system target the prolific offenders. There is also discussion
about the current thinking and which methods are being used in the UK and Australia. This also
includes the information that if this method is working or not (Stevens & et. al., (2019)).
MAIN BODY
Criminal justice system is highly effective which allow to control over the criminal activity
and crate safe environment to the public. There is high importance of this criminal justice system
within country. This is the system which includes different process which can help to community
through which crime is investigated and the suspected persona are taken in to account or custody,
prosecuted within court and punished by following law and legislation if found guilty. This is the
provision which is made for correction along with rehabilitation. This includes the four
components including legislation, law enforcement, courts along with corrections. Each of these
components are also comprised of subcomponents.
Here, prolific offenders are the one who are having record of different offences and having
profile within the records of criminals (Akinlabi, 2020)). In this, they are the one who are having
multiple offences that leads to cause the criminal career history. In this, there are different age
profile which are characterised within different category of prolific offenders. There are different
characteristics of prolific offenders which may include Juvenile prolific, young adult prolific,
adult prolific.
Criminal justice system should ensure that city get safe and provide better safety to the
public through controlling crime with country. They are having the authority to take control and

ensure about safety of every individual. In this, there is need to follow some rules and law which
can be effective and allow to deliver better care within country.
However, to control the crime there is need to ensure that every offender who are having the
history of crime should be taken in consideration that they should not make any further offence
and create destruction within country by breaking law and conducting crime (Coomber & et. al.,
(2018)). To control over such type of criminal or prolific offender, there is need to take control
over them which is an effective measure for ensuring and reducing the risk of further offence
through those prolific offenders. Through targeting prolific offenders can help to reduce the risk
of crime commitment and help to ensure about better safety to the public. To regulate this more
effectively, there is need to ensure about using the effective local agencies who are having the
authority to manage the small group of offenders who commit most of the crime. This is
effective and through keeping observation to those prolific offenders can help to reduce the risk
of getting any new crime and help in maintaining law and order within country.
To control the crime in the country there is need to ensure that every agency should take
care about the listed offenders who should be in control and should not commit any crime
(Kempen, (2019)). For this, there are some procedure which can help to get better and effective
control over the prolific offenders that may include the flag the prisoner a prolific offender where
every agency should have the responsibility to keep their eyes on red flag offenders. This can
have more effective in order to control the crime within city.
Australia have also criminal justice system which is effective and punish offenders
through the law by fines, community service or imprisonment. Australia is having common-law
jurisdiction where court have the system originated with common law system of English law.
These common law are enforced uniformly with country. In this, Australian Criminal Justice
system ensure about the following of law and should be followed through obeying citizen rights
along with responsibilities with country (Budianto, (2018)). There are many people who are
having faith and confidence in the legal system where it is important to follow the legal disputes
in effective way and resolved with unbiased and fair manner and people should treated equally
before the law. Australia is having ranked 27 out of 36 countries with having the confidence in
ranging from 79% in Denmark and low in 19 % within Lithuania. Australian have right to seek
the justice which can be effective and allow to get better and effective criminal justice but
sometimes rights doesn’t count for much and taken in exercise. This create legal problem where

individual is not able to get in touch with their lawyer. They are the collective body who are
having the responsibility for administering justice within country. this may consist of different
institutions like crown prosecution, police and UK prison system (Brewington, (2020)).
United Kingdom have also Criminal Justice System which is highly effective and have
the potential to take control most of the crime which is good to control and minimise the risk of
any criminal offences within country. Criminal justice system in UK to operates reduce the crime
and punish the criminals and provide protection of public, and to provide victims with reparation,
to enhance public confidence, including victims and witnesses, and insure to the system is fair
and hassle free. The purpose of criminal justice system is to justice for all. At the same time
providing protection to innocent and a fair justice process across the country. Moreover, they
keep UK citizens safe and police forces across UK responsible for the investigation of crime,
collection of evidence and the arrest criminals or suspected. Suspect is held, in minor cases the
police decide to caution them, take no further action, issue a fixed penalty and notice or refer to
the CPS. In more serious cases, the police will send the files to the CPS to decide to prosecute,
every governmental department in UK (Lassalle, (2021)). The ministry of justice has forced to
content with fewer resources in the last decade, and other important aspects of the justice system
are criminal legal aid funding. They have also been gradually reduced, governmental
departments, crime in the United Kingdom increased, putting an extra burden on the criminal
justice system.
Australian people have the thinking about the criminal justice method which may include
system of laws along with ruling that protect the community members along with their property.
In this, it includes the police, investigators, the adjudicators, legal representatives, Juries, judges.
Moreover, Australia follows the different component which includes the legislation, law
enforcement, courts along with corrections. Within country, people feel that there are is the
criminal justice method which is effective and ensure about every individual respect which
should be provided to them for the better and effective response. In this, there are many of the
people who have the psychology that prolific offenders should be taken surveillance which can
help to get better health (Babb, (2020)). In this, there are many of the people who support this
system that through this, crime can be in control and help to get better maintenance of law and
order within country. Australia have the justice system in which high court of Australia having
final jurisdiction. Here, people of Australia have the thought that every individual should possess

and get respected regarding privacy. Moreover, people may have the perception that every
individual should have the right for privacy and no one should take servillience even prolific
offenders should not get in observation without any big cause. But it is also necessary to get
ensure about the safety of the city and need to take control crime and further offence by prolific
offenders (Warner & et. al., (2021)).
People in UK are having independent thought which are higher in level. They are conscious
regarding the people rights and their privacy. Here, people of UK have the thought that criminal
justice system should not target the prolific offenders. They should also ensure for getting better
privacy to every individual within country. There is a psychology that prolific offenders are the
one who are having higher chance of conducting crime. This may include different aspect and
should follow according to law and rules. There is an aspect that every individual should get
respect. There are many agencies within country who are having the responsibility to take care
about the law and ensure that prolific offenders should not conduct any crime. They also have
the responsibility to monitor prolific offenders and their suspicious activity which can reflect to
any type of crime or risk to lead any criminal activity. They are one the target of Criminal Justice
System because justice system has different agencies and organisation who get the information
through different sources. They also need to ensure that they should take action when any type of
risk of crime within city. They also take control the crime and provide better safety to the large
population. United Kingdom is having the responsibility to provide safety to every individual
from any type of crime. They should also ensure that there is need to get the criminal justice
system should take in consideration that they should control the crime within country which can
be highly possible through keeping eyes on them. Moreover, there is need to ensure that through
using the justice method government different agencies are able to get better and effective
control over the crime (Boen, (2020)). These are the effective method where every individual get
the right to defend themselves through using proper law which allow to deal effectively for
providing better safe environment to people within country.
CONCLUSION
From above discussion, it can conclude that criminal justice system is effective response to
control the crime within country. This has high impact over the safety within large population.
This can provide better and effective response to every individual within country. criminal
justice system targets the prolific offenders where they should take care about the criminals to

control over the situation within cities. Criminal justice system should not take control over the
prolific offenders to ensure about reducing the risk of getting any type of crime that can be there
due to not getting any type of crime. There is discussion that Criminal Justice System should
target the prolific offenders. There is also discussion about the system which is used within UK
and Australia to control the crime and provide better safety to them. There is also discussion
about the criminal justice system and people psychology regarding targeting prolific offenders.
