Introduction
The purpose of this study is to critically analyze the contemporary business environment
that has significantly impacted on the operational process of Latureae Company. It is a health
and wellness company, which aims to introduce the innovation for generating the high market
share. The aim of this study is to focus on analyzing the information system used by the
company in terms of ensuring the standard customer engagement by satisfying the needs of
Australian people. It is true that introducing the tech logical support Latureae Company has
aimed to develop its competitive business model that can help to ensure the sustainable position
in the market.
