CRITICAL CASE STUDY ANALYSIS1
A. Create three corporate policies that reflect the organisation’s culture and ethical
viewpoints.
1. Explain the rationale behind the policies, including how they align with the
organisation’s culture.
According to the author (Ferrell et al., 2015), there should be the use of basic corporate
ethics. On the other hand, this set of ethics is the primary means which makes sure that the
activities within the organisational premises continue in the right path and a legal manner. On the
other side, there is a need to make sure that the concerning firm is making a qualitative HR
policy use. On the other side, the structure and the flow of authority that stays within the hand of
the top management should be limited to certain hands. The flow of authority that takes place
sometime lead to the negative use of the authority such that the top officials always aims at
dominating the officials within the lower hierarchy. This is because of the lack of management
that exists within the organizational premises.
Distinguish between ethical and legal issues.

the consumer market by availing the desired products as asked by the consumer market.
However, speaking in terms of their pricing strategy there is a need to evaluate the potential of
the consumer to pay for the consumption of the product offerings, and accordingly, the price of

pricing is set too high beyond the normal expected price of the desired commodity. TechFite, a

hampering, the nearby employees are getting demotivated as they have a feeling that they are not
being given any importance. The interest of general consumers. By looking into the bonus plan
of the other employees. This is also recognized as the misuse of the concerning resources. On the
other perspective, it is the lack of management skills that exist within the concerning business
firm. There is a requirement of the proper planning phase to make use of these specific resources
effectively and efficiently (Crane et al., 2016).
On the other hand initiative like that of the change in the leadership, vision fails to be
implemented. During one of the company’s presentations to the Dellberg city council,
commitments were made to sponsor community events, to support local youth leadership
development programs, and to invest in infrastructure to aid in the rebuilding of the city of
Dellberg utilising environmentally responsible techniques. Up to this point, these commitments
have not been addressed or funded by TechFite.
