Various things are needed to be kept in mind while working ininternational area by the leader. They are required to followthe culture and language of other nation where the company is going to expand its services(Thomas and Peterson, 2014). Fluger Avionics is Germany based organizationdeals in the manufacturing of electrical as well as mechanical parts for the aviation industry. Forsecuring the long term success the company is going to expand its manufacturing unit in theBrazil.
