EXECUTIVE SUMMARYManaging the people of an organization is not a simple task. It is due to the fact that, inorder to do the same a leader will require certain type of skills and abilities. Here, with the helpof different type of skills only the objectives of corporation will be met. The present report isbased on the case study of Milton which is undergoing with different type of changes. In thisregard, there are different type of cultural and organizational issues identified which needs to beface by respective firm while working in a completely new environment. The issues consist oflanguage barrier, organisation culture, issue of power and distance along with issue ofindividualism and collectivism within firm. However, with the help of different critical successfactors such as training and development program and motivational techniques etc significantchanges can be brought within new manufacturing facility.

INTRODUCTION Cross cultural leadership consists of different practices which is being used by the leaderwith an aim to manage the people who belongs to the varied culture (Cross cultural leadership,2016). The given concept has gained importance in the today's scenario wherein manyorganizations are directing their efforts with regard to expand their operation in the internationalmarket. Managing the people of an organization is not a simple task. This is because, in order todo the same a leader will require certain type of skills and abilities. In addition to this, the leadertask of managing people will become more difficult if they will have to manage the employeeswho are from different cultural background. Hence, it is due to the presence of given aspect theneed relating to adopt the cross-cultural leadership is being arises in front of the manager ofenterprise. The present report is based on the case study of Milton Engineering PLC which isundergoing certain type of changes. In this regard, the report will provide description regardingdifferent cultural issues which cited firm will face when making changes within the existingfacility. In addition to this, the report will also give description regarding different leadershipstyles or approaches which Milton manager can use in order to lead changes within corporation. Identifying and evaluating different organizational and national cultural issues which manager ofnew manufacturing facility will face Milton Engineering PLC is the UK owned company which produces mechanical parts forthe automotive industry. Here, in order to expand the operation and fulfil the terms andconditions of the new contract, the company has acquired new manufacturing facility which islocated in Brazil. Being the long serving manager of Milton, I have been given responsibilitywith regard to handle all the operation of the new manufacturing facilities. On the task offulfilling my own roles and responsibilities I have to deal with the number of organizational andcultural issues while conducting the operation within the new manufacturing facility which isbased on Brazil (Rockstuhl and et.al., 2011). The detailed explanation about the assessed issuesis depicted in below:Language barrier: It is being regarded as one of the most significant issue which I willface when working with the employees who are from Brazil and speaks differentlanguage. In this regard, it is assessed that majority of employees who works in the newmanufacturing facility speaks Portuguese about which I do not have any knowledge. The1
