INTRODUCTION
Culture referred to the norms and values of the society and beliefs which has a group of
people attributed to. Addition to which, it helps by offering social and economic benefit. Cross
culture management helps the organisation in understanding that difference between the people
of different culture. This reflective report includes my learning and observation through my
experience while performing this PowerPoint Presentation.
MAIN BODY
This report is totally based on several learning and research outcomes from that process
that has been conducted by me and is presented through PowerPoint presentation. . As it is very
well known that before making any kind of conclusion from the research or starting to know
briefly about the new topic, we require a lot of knowledge along with a detail point of view about
the topic that one is going to learn as well as to write about it. The topic assigned was totally new
for me to understand. I am a person who is always eager to learn something new and bring out
something positive from the surrounding. It was a great experience in learning this topic. I
analysed and have observed the cross culture management followed by the organisations and
how that organisation is trying to maintain the culture of the country in which they are spreading
their branches across the world. As culture defined the ideas, beliefs, values, customs, norms, art,
language, food and so on. This makes an effective social interactions possible leading to build
better relationship among the people, organisations and even among countries. I found that
cultural management plays a vital role in shaping the way we all work in an organisation or
enjoy the life. During performing the presentation on cross culture management and what are the
cultural differences faced by different country that are spreading their business across the globe.
I learned about the cross culture management that it is an organisational concept that helps to
determine the differences among the business in different nation or country and background most
importantly building the gap between them. The increase in the level of globalisation,
understanding the cross culture management has become critically most important for business
organisation so that they can move ahead with their products and services across the global
without hurting the culture of other countries which will thus help the organisation to flourish its
