• Corporate social responsibility commonly know as CSR is one of the most important thing for every business
organization, this simply means company have to be responsible towards betterment of society.
• It is very clear that CSR is challenging for business because completing requirements of society require high
level of management.
• This study is based on, this report will discuss corporate social responsibility and its impact on organizational
success.

• Corporate social responsibility is one of the most important thing for every business organization
which not only allow them to follow guidelines of society but this allows them to better society and
environment.
• This is self-regulating business model, this model is used by almost every large scale business
organization to meet demand of social accountability. Many successful enterprise sees CRS as
opportunity to create brand image in the eye of public, these companies bring betterment in the
society for their profit which seems to be ethical.
• Completing CSR is challenging task, firm might lose its reputation if they fail to corporate with
society, competing society is not easy task, firm might be completely shut down if they do not meet
the requirement of society.
