Nursing Practice Development: Use of Cultural Indicators for Quality Care

The study analyzes the importance of quality cultural care in the healthcare setting and the ways through which healthcare practice can be developed with the effective utilization of cultural indicator. The use of micro system to develop the healthcare setting and the PDSA quality care cycle model can be helpful in promoting quality care.
