Introduction
Globalization has been increased the interaction between different culture, people across
the world. Now, it is easy to work in a multinational company. In such companies, people of
different background work together. They work collaboratively for the success of business
organizations. Sometimes, culture differences create conflicts among workforce as they have
different opinions on a particular aspect. To address the cultural issues, it is imperative to modify
the talent management practices of the company (Lecat and et. al., 2019). For completion of
current report, there is focus on reality properties that is a well-known SME of UK. They deals in
corporate as well as residential properties. In addition to this, the company is knows for the best
property consultation to its clients. The main aim of the current report is to analyze the impact of
culture difference on talent management approaches of the organization. It will cover a detailed
project management plan along with WBS and Gantt chart. Further, necessary recommendations
has also been covered to make and sustain diversify environment at workplace.
TASK 1
P1) Project aims and objectives
Research Aim:
To identify how different cultures affect the approaches of talent management taken by
companies”. A study on reality properties.
Research Objectives:
To acknowledge the concept of cultural difference at workplace.
To identify how culture difference affect approaches of talent management of reality
properties.
To formulate necessary talent management strategies so that the company can minimize
the cultural differences amongst employees.

P2) Project Management Plan
It basically describes as document which is highly formal and involves important data
and necessary information in relation to the study. It also involves various factors that include
communication, cost, time, scope, quality and many other factors. The present study for the
project management plan is mentioned below:
Time: It basically involves the time period used in order to carry out activities for a
research worker for the objective to achieve objectives. In the given study the time required to
carry out the activity is 20 weeks (Shivhare, 2020).
Scope: In context to the project management plan, the present study has a broad scope
that also involves execution of the various strategies which basically helps in enhancing the
performance and productivity and for the purpose to retain talent. In addition to that it also
involves the company in order to gain a competitive advantage while discovering fresh talent at
workplace in an organization (Goulter and et. al., 2019).
Cost: It basically involves the aspect which are important and which helps the
investigator in order to carry out various activities and to set a specific budget in a specified
manner. Moreover the allocation of budget is done for the purpose to conduct the study is $7000
in order to carry out various activities.
Time: It basically involves research worker to carry out activities and to set a fixed time
for the purpose to carry out various research objectives. In order to carry out the present study,
the minimum time period of 20 weeks is required(Aidinlis and Quezada Tavárez, 2020).
Quality: It involves the effectiveness and reflection on the quality of the study that need
to be carry out by the investigator. In addition to that, the present study involves gathering data
from participants and credible sources that helps in providing data and information that results in
showing high quality of research (Cangemi and et. al.,2017).

Communication: Communication basically involves the process of exchange of
information and data from one person to another and involves the tools which is used by a
researcher in order to communicate data and information with the individuals who are associated
with the process of investigation. In addition to that it its also uses the form of non-verbal
communication for the purpose to communicate with the stakeholders(Cicala, 2020).
Resources: It involves all the resources which are needed for the purpose to carry out a
study that involves technological resources, manpower, financial resources and much more. In
addition to that it plays a very important role for the researcher in order to ensure resources
availability in a specific time period and also helps in completion of all the tasks involved in the
study without any kind of delays and interruptions.
Risk: It basically involves the various forms which are associated with the risk and which

taken into consideration. It basically involves the various ways of dividing the entire project into
small parts for the purpose to complete the task in a efficient and effective manner. In addition to
that of the WBS aims to manage the large project by dividing & breaking down them into small
parts. In addition to that it involves continue working by the team members (Sebestyén and
Tóth, 2018).The WBS involves easy management and productivity of the whole project.
Moreover, it involves creation of the work breakdown structure which is significant and also
important for the purpose to enhance the communication among the stakeholders and
maintaining cordial relationships. It also involves division of activities into smaller chunks in
order to complete the project in a efficient manner. In context to the project management, it
involves the various tools which are highly crucial that involves schedule, scope, cost and much
more. The main objective is to create the WBS for the purpose to minimize the complexity and
issues involved in the project. In addition to that it also involves project manager who have the
skills and capabilities for the purpose to complete the project in appropriate and effective
manner.
Gantt chart:

In order to complete a complex project, it is considered to be one of the most effective
tool. The tool is used in order to reflect the display time and to show the various activities against
them. On the left side it involves the activities which are according to the timeframe. The Gantt
Chart is basically a graphical method that is used for the purpose to complete and represent the
activities in a given time frame other factors (Craig and Moretti, 2019). It further helps the team
in the planning process of work according to the deadlines and involvment of the resources. In
context to the Gantt Chart, it basically involves the end and beginning of the project that also
involves the dependencies and milestones. In addition to that this tool is used for the purpose to
manage and build a effective and efficient comprehensive project. Moreover, it involves the
tasks and their schedules according to the deadlines.
TASK 2
P4) Qualitative & quantitative methods of research
Qualitative research method: It basically involves the method wherein the information
or data is presented in a non numerical form or, in a theoretical way.
Quantitative research method: It basically involves the data gathered in the form of
numbers which are based on the figures and facts for the purpose to make the study more reliable
and effective in nature (Pandita and Ray, 2018).
Primary Method: It basically involves the first hand data or information in its original
form which is basically collected by the researcher for the purpose to have deep understanding
and knowledge regarding the topics. It also involves various methods through which the first

P6) Recommendations
After analyzing the above-information, it is found that reality property is facing issues in
terms of managing cultural differences at workplace. To address such issues, they need to
implement necessary modifications in the talent management approaches of the company. In this
regard, the suitable modifications are given below:
It is suggested that reality properties need to offer cultural training to the employees so
that they get knowledge regarding the values and rituals of different culture. Through
training, it is possible to enhance culture knowledge of the employees so that they will be
able to interact with each other efficiently.
Informal meetings also need to arrange so that the employees get opportunity to exchange
thoughts, opinions with each other. Informal meetings are the best possible way to
enhance interaction among workforce. These meetings not only motivate the human
resources but also increase the coordination among them so that they can perform the
assigned task collaboratively. This will increase the organizational efficiency so that the
company can attain its goals & objectives efficiently.
It is suggested that reality properties is required to motivate the employees through
monetary and non-monetary ways. In this context, they need to provide necessary
incentives to the employees including profit sharing, bonuses and more. Apart from the
monetary benefits, they also need to offer non-monetary benefits such as rewards,
recognition, acknowledgement and more. These motivation tools & techniques are
helpful in enhancing the morale of workforce so that they perform the assigned duties
appropriately.
It is suggested that reality property needs to maintain a positive environment at
workplace where all the individuals can work collaboratively. It will facilitate
collaborative practices at workplace that will lead company towards success and growth.

P7) Reflection
While working on the current project, I learnt the significance of cultural differences. I
get to know that how important it is to maintain a diversify and inclusive culture at workplace.
As a result, now, I can contribute in cultural diversity within the organization. I am able to
develop significant strategies to address the cultural issues at workplace. Additionally, I also get
significant knowledge of talent management approaches during the project. It enhanced my
knowledge regarding different aspects of talent management practices such as recruitment,
motivation, training and more. This knowledge will help me in performing my roles &
responsibilities at workplace in an efficient manner. I interacted with several people during the
project which enhanced my communication skills. Now, I can easily interact with any person
without any hesitation. In addition, it also enhanced my knowledge regarding data analysis tools
and techniques that will help me in analyzing the data appropriately. Therefore, I developed vast
knowledge throughout the project which will make me enable to escalate in my future career
profoundly.

Conclusion
Out of above-discussion, it is analyzed that cultural differences has become a crucial part
of each and every company. It is evident through above-research that strategies of talent
management strategies can be apply in order to address cultural problems at workplace. The
organization can arrange training sessions, informal meetings in order to minimize the cultural
differences. The study is based on primary and secondary information where data has bee
