Introduction
Globalization has been increased the interaction between different culture, people across
the world. Now, it is easy to work in a multinational company. In such companies, people of
different background work together. They work collaboratively for the success of business
organizations. Sometimes, culture differences create conflicts among workforce as they have
different opinions on a particular aspect. To address the cultural issues, it is imperative to modify
the talent management practices of the company (Lecat and et. al., 2019). For completion of
current report, there is focus on reality properties that is a well-known SME of UK. They deals in
corporate as well as residential properties. In addition to this, the company is knows for the best
property consultation to its clients. The main aim of the current report is to analyze the impact of
culture difference on talent management approaches of the organization. It will cover a detailed
project management plan along with WBS and Gantt chart. Further, necessary recommendations
has also been covered to make and sustain diversify environment at workplace.
TASK 1
P1) Project aims and objectives
Research Aim:
To identify how different cultures affect the approaches of talent management taken by
companies”. A study on reality properties.
Research Objectives:
To acknowledge the concept of cultural difference at workplace.
To identify how culture difference affect approaches of talent management of reality
properties.
To formulate necessary talent management strategies so that the company can minimize
the cultural differences amongst employees.

What is the concept of cultural difference at workplace?

What is the impact of culture difference affect approaches of talent management of
reality properties?
What are the necessary talent management strategies so that the company can minimize
the cultural differences amongst employees.
P2) Project Management Plan
It basically describes as document which is highly formal and involves important data
and necessary information in relation to the study. It also involves various factors that include
communication, cost, time, scope, quality and many other factors. The present study for the
project management plan is mentioned below:
Time: It basically involves the time period used in order to carry out activities for a
research worker for the objective to achieve objectives. In the given study the time required to
carry out the activity is 20 weeks (Shivhare, 2020).
Scope: In context to the project management plan, the present study has a broad scope
that also involves execution of the various strategies which basically helps in enhancing the
performance and productivity and for the purpose to retain talent. In addition to that it also
involves the company in order to gain a competitive advantage while discovering fresh talent at
workplace in an organization (Goulter and et. al., 2019).
Cost: It basically involves the aspect which are important and which helps the
investigator in order to carry out various activities and to set a specific budget in a specified
manner. Moreover the allocation of budget is done for the purpose to conduct the study is $7000
in order to carry out various activities.
Time: It basically involves research worker to carry out activities and to set a fixed time
for the purpose to carry out various research objectives. In order to carry out the present study,
the minimum time period of 20 weeks is required(Aidinlis and Quezada Tavárez, 2020).
Quality: It involves the effectiveness and reflection on the quality of the study that need
to be carry out by the investigator. In addition to that, the present study involves gathering data
from participants and credible sources that helps in providing data and information that results in
showing high quality of research (Cangemi and et. al.,2017).

Communication: Communication basically involves the process of exchange of
information and data from one person to another and involves the tools which is used by a
researcher in order to communicate data and information with the individuals who are associated
with the process of investigation. In addition to that it its also uses the form of non-verbal
communication for the purpose to communicate with the stakeholders(Cicala, 2020).
Resources: It involves all the resources which are needed for the purpose to carry out a
study that involves technological resources, manpower, financial resources and much more. In
addition to that it plays a very important role for the researcher in order to ensure resources
availability in a specific time period and also helps in completion of all the tasks involved in the
study without any kind of delays and interruptions.
Risk: It basically involves the various forms which are associated with the risk and which
have a major impact on the study which includes limited time, poor communication and lack of
need full resources and various.
P3) Produce a work break down structure and gantt chart to provide timeframes for completion

In order to complete a complicated multi step project, the work break down structure is
taken into consideration. It basically involves the various ways of dividing the entire project into
small parts for the purpose to complete the task in a efficient and effective manner. In addition to
that of the WBS aims to manage the large project by dividing & breaking down them into small
parts. In addition to that it involves continue working by the team members (Sebestyén and
Tóth, 2018).The WBS involves easy management and productivity of the whole project.
Moreover, it involves creation of the work breakdown structure which is significant and also
important for the purpose to enhance the communication among the stakeholders and
maintaining cordial relationships. It also involves division of activities into smaller chunks in
order to complete the project in a efficient manner. In context to the project management, it
involves the various tools which are highly crucial that involves schedule, scope, cost and much
more. The main objective is to create the WBS for the purpose to minimize the complexity and
issues involved in the project. In addition to that it also involves project manager who have the
skills and capabilities for the purpose to complete the project in appropriate and effective
manner.
